Here’s the owners’ story: ”Bruce and I love the South Valley because of its tranquility and serenity. The 27 acres captured our hearts when we drove up to the top of the knoll to watch a mid-summer sunset. We had no idea that the sunrises would almost out-do the sunsets and all the many other benefits of rural living. Aside from the 360-degree views, we see many varieties of wildlife including deer, elk, fox, coyote, marmots, cotton-tailed bunnies, countless winged beauties including red-tailed hawks and our own resident pair of owls.

While it is rural, we still have access to all the mainstream valley services within a 15-minute drive, and an essentials market and TruValue hardware store within a 3-5 minute drive in Picabo. There are no other available properties in the greater Wood River Valley area that offer 360-degree views, the privacy and seclusion and acreage this size, yet in such close proximity to Hailey and Ketchum/Sun Valley and the World Class amenities that they provide.”
